According to local news reports, the shooter reportedly pulled out a gun and fired three shots into the air as tensions grew in the concert queue. Commentators screamed "there's gunfire at the track", before abandoning their posts and fleeing.
Several deputies administered first aid to a man on the ground as they waited for EMTs to arrive, according to the footage.
The newspaper says people saw police and sheriff's department cars arrive at the Del Mar Racetrack about 6:40 p.m. Sunday.
After getting into an argument, sheriff's deputies responded and confronted the man.

The concert, for which tickets were sold out, was scheduled to follow a full slate of horse races at the track, the station reported.
