This high-end phone will be made by Indian telecommunications giant Optiemus after it acquired the license a year ago to develop and sell BlackBerry products in the country. According to a new leak by Evan Blass (@evleaks) that will be changing soon. It is likely that BlackBerry "Ghost" will remain exclusive to India as it is being designed by Optiemus Infracom Limited, which is a Delhi-based telecom.
BlackBerry is reportedly working on a premium device dubbed as BlackBerry Ghost. A leaked render of the device reveals that it may have a bezel-less display.
Over the past year, there have been a few BlackBerry handsets that came to market.

Lastly, the device uses Snapdragon 435 SoC, which is significantly less powerful than the Snapdragon 450 SoC used in the Blade V9. It's a compact edition of the Blade V9 smartphone with limited set of features compare to the original ZTE Blade V9 smartphone.

Coming back to the Blackberry Ghost, Optiemus Infracom's Executive Director Hardip Singh has plans to expand its product portfolio with more models across price categories in the future. Optiemus had also launched a specially designed Blackberry KeyOne Limited Edition Black in India previous year. Since then, the Chinese company has released a couple of BlackBerry smartphones, including the KEYone and the Motion. The device was sold unlocked and was made available on preorder a couple of days after that announcement for $299.99 from BlackBerry.
On the other hand, this might be because BlackBerry is using a different metric to decide whether the sales were a success or not. The specialized site Crackberry revealed other details about this interesting phone. The phone is completely covered in glass in front and has a metal frame. To recall, Optiemus Infracom had handled the marketing, sales, distribution and support for the BlackBerry KeyONE, the premium phone that was launched in India only past year.
