The first Cobra Kai trailer is making the initial claim for series of being the best around (and nothing's gonna ever keep it down... you know the rest). Johnny is reviving his old dojo Cobra Kai, and Daniel isn't about to let him without a fight. In the first footage from the upcoming "Cobra Kai" series on YouTube, Red, Danny (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny (William Zabka) face off once again. Macchio and Zabka are executive producing with Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossburg.
Cobra Kai will debut on Youtube Red later this year, take a look at the teaser below.
For some reason, the reopening of the Cobra Kai dojo doesn't sit well with Daniel, even if Johnny is using it to help a bullied kid.
Released in 1984, The Karate Kid told the story of high-school senior Daniel LaRusso, who moves with his mother from New Jersey to Los Angeles, where he nearly immediately comes into conflict with Johnny, the top student at the unscrupulous Cobra Kai dojo, and his gang.
Bengals' AJ McCarron wins grievance, will become free agent
McCarron claims he was feeling great but continued to sit out until December 2014 because it was the team's wish that he do so. The team put him on that list again on August 30, 2014, which meant he would miss at least the first six games of the season.
Emily Sweeney crashes on final run, says she "is fine"
While flying down the luge track at 70 miles per hour, Sweeney's sled wobbled out of control, eventually turning her sideways. She suffered no broken bones during the crash, and she was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
Facebook Lost A Lot Of Young Users In 2017, Says Report
Since 2008, the number of Facebook users in the USA has more than tripled, going from 44 million users to more than 169 million. Facebook estimates the number of U.S. users to hit 169.5 million by the end of 2018, which doesn't mark even an 1% increase.
Are you looking forward to seeing Johnny and Daniel resume their rivalry?
At this time there is really not a lot of information being released about the "Cobra Kai" series.
Courtney Henggeler is Amanda, "Daniel's wife and business partner...the glue that keeps the LaRusso household and dealership running, and a calming force in Daniel's life". Maybe Daniel's seemingly flawless life as a vehicle salesman with a family isn't as ideal as it seems. Other stars expected to appear include Xolo Maridueña, Miguel Diaz, Tanner Buchanan, Robby Keene and guest-star ed Asner. At this time "Cobra Kai" still doesn't have an official premiere date; the teaser will only say it's "coming soon", and for those of us who love the 80s vibe it can't be soon enough.
1984's The Karate Kid was directed by John G. Avildsen, and kicked off a new wave of martial arts pop culture mania in America.
