Xiaomi has launched the latest Redmi Note series smartphones from the company in India and the event was held earlier today. It will come with only one internal storage option (64GB), and two RAM variants - 4GB and 6GB.
The 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage Redmi Note 5 Pro models are respectively priced at Rs. 13,999 ($218) and Rs. 16,999 ($265).
■The 5.99-inch screen offers more room for games, movies, reading and typing without having to scroll too much. The Mi TV 4 was first showcased at CES 2017 and the highlight of this is the ultra-thin frame. The device comes in two variants in terms of storage and RAM, the 3GB RAM variant comes with 32GB internal storage while the 4GB RAM variant comes with 64GB internal storage. It comes with Fingerprint sensor on its back side. The Redmi Note 5 starts at Rs. 9,999 for the 3GB RAM variant, while the 4GB RAM variant will be available at Rs. 11,999. On the connectivity front, the phone features 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, dual-SIM, and micro USB port. The Mi TV 4 is the successor to the Mi TV 3, and it is the 4th generation of the original Mi TV that was launched in China on 9th September 2013. The iPhone X-like dual camera setup on the rear sports 12MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP secondary camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Talking about the Redmi Note 5 Pro, it has a 5.99-inch FHD+ display with a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass on top.

On top of this, buyers will get free installation - priced at Rs. 1,099 - from the company on purchasing the Mi TV 4 within 3 months of release. Xiaomi also tied up with some Digital broadcasting partners such as Hotstar, Alt Balaji, Sony Liv, Voot for streaming content on the TV, without connecting any device.
