He has been accused of sexual harassment or abuse by more than 60 women.

"The suit, filed today in New York County Supreme Court, includes new and extensive allegations about longtime company CEO Harvey Weinstein's vicious and exploitative mistreatment of company employees".

Earlier this month, it was reported that The Weinstein Company is reportedly in the process of being sold for up to $500 million. Employee accounts of sexual harassment, intimidation and other misconduct are part of the suit.
