Kodak Black, real name Dieuson Octave, was jailed and hit with seven charges.
Authorities reportedly arrested Black after an Instagram video of what appeared to be pot party at the rapper's Pembroke Pines home, appeared online showing one person holding a handgun while an infant was present and other individuals smoking marijuana near the child.
Kodak Black has been arrested on a slew of charges including grand theft of a firearm and child neglect, and unfortunately for the rapper, he was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
