Shortly after being escorted out of the meeting, Hargrave was handcuffed by an Abbeville city marshal.
"I'm not - you just pushed me to the floor", Hargrave responds as the unnamed officer begins to push her towards the exit.
Hargrave was placed in handcuffs before she was escorted from the building.
"Quit opposing", the officer is heard advising her after she was put in binds.
Although it's unclear if the marshal had been directed by the school board to remove Hargrave, Superintendent Jerome Puyau said they won't press any charges against her. "Sir, hang tight, I am path littler than you".
Hargrave has yet to comment on her removal.

Hargrave, a middle-school English teacher in Vermilion Parish, bonded out of the Abbeville jail on charges of "remaining after being forbidden" and resisting an officer Monday night.
The National Education Association reported that Louisiana saw the largest decrease in average public school teacher salary between 2014 and 2015, with the average salary for the 2015-2016 school year coming out to approximately $47,000. A teacher's union lawyer is investigating the incident, according to the AP.
