"Pakistan has honoured all its commitments". If we had allowed him to speak or listen to Jadhav, it would have come under the issue of consular access.
In reply to a question, the foreign office spokesperson said a decision on consular access to be decided in due course.

India had approached the International Court of Justice against his execution which was later halted by ICJ pending the final verdict. India maintains that Jadhav was kidnapped from Iran where he had business interests after retiring from the Indian Navy.
