Now he's representing another client against Singer who is making similar claims-one wonders why Sanchez-Guzman wouldn't have chosen an attorney without such a muddled history with Singer.
In the lawsuit, Sanchez-Guzman alleged that Singer was a guest at the party and took him on a tour of the yacht and sexually assaulted him. Bryan Singer pulled out his penis, smacked Cesar in the face with it and forced it into Cesar's mouth. The lawsuit claims Singer fondled him and tried to have sex with him.
After the alleged assault, Sanchez-Guzman said that Singer told him that he could help him break out into acting, so long as the kid never talked about what happened between them.
Egan and Sanchez-Guzman are not the only ones to accuse Singer of sexual assault.
The lawsuit, filed by Cesar Sanchez-Guzman's attorney, alleges that Singer was at a party, with young gay men, on tech investor Lester Waters' yacht in Seattle in 2003.
The suit states that Singer later threatened Guzman, telling him he was a powerful Hollywood producer and that he could hire people to ruin his alleged victim's reputation.

Ukraine again arrests Mikheil Saakashvili, ex-president of Georgia
Protester Igor Ognyov, from the eastern city of Sumy, said the police stormed the camp before dawn Wednesday. Saakashvili considers his detention "politically motivated" and has started a hunger strike.
In his court case, Sanchez-Guzman is seeking compensation for damages including "emotional distress, mental anguish, physical and mental pain and suffering, a decrease in his ability to enjoy life". "When [Sanchez-Guzman] refused, Bryan Singer forced him into acts of oral and anal sex".
A representative for Singer released this statement to People refuting the charges: "Bryan categorically denies these allegations and will vehemently defend this lawsuit to the very end". Devin St.Albin, who was a 14 when he performed in "Apt Pupil", sued Singer claiming that he had ordered him and other minors to strip for a scene in the showers, Deadline reported.
Film studio 20th Century Fox fired Singer this week from his role as director of "Bohemian Rhapsody", a biopic of the band Queen.
Singer has of course been known throughout his career as the director of big budget superhero movies, beginning with the first and second live-action X-Men films and continuing on with more recent entries such as X-Men: Days of Future Past and X-Men: Apocalypse.
Oddly, Sanchez-Guzman is represented by the same Miami attorney, Jeffrey Herman, who represented actor Michael Egan in his own 2014 sexual harassment lawsuit against Singer, which was eventually dropped at Egan's request. In 2014, Michael Egan III filed a civil suit against Singer alleging the director forced him to have sex at parties in Encino and Hawaii while he was a teenager in the late '90s. It is thought that the decision "reflected a growing clash between Singer and actor Rami Malek and was caused by Singer's being missing from the set".
